Exchanges:
At Ohm Silver and Stone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to exchange an item, we've got you covered with our exchange policy:
Timeframe: You have 10 days from the date your package is marked as "Delivered" to request an exchange.
Eligibility: To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
Contact: Reach out to us within the 10-day window to request an exchange. We require an email explaining the reason for exchange along with a photograph of the item(s).
Shipping: Items must be returned to us with tracked shipping. While you cover the shipping costs to return the item, we'll handle the shipping costs for delivering the new item(s) back to you.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, including any attached tags/boxes, and must be unused.
Varieties: Please note that due to the unique nature of our gemstone rings, we cannot always guarantee an exact replica for exchanged items, but we'll work closely with you to find a suitable replacement.
Exclusions: Earrings excluded from our exchange policy due to hygiene reasons and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Sale items are excluded from our exchange policy and are final sale.
Returns:
If you wish to request a refund, we're here to assist you through the process:
Timeframe: You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.
Contact: Email us at ohmsilverandstone@gmail.com with an explanation for your refund request and photographs of the item(s).
Shipping: Return the item(s) to us with tracked shipping. You'll be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.
Condition: Items must be returned unused and with the original tags attached.
Refund Process: Refunds may be issued fully or partially at our discretion upon receiving the returned item(s).
Damaged Items:
If your item(s) arrive damaged, we'll make it right:
Procedure: Contact us within 3 days of receiving your damaged item(s) with photos of the damage, including the shipping box.
Verification: Once we confirm the damage was caused during shipping, we'll provide you with our return shipping address.
Refund: After receiving and inspecting the damaged item, we'll issue a full refund.
Note: Damage claims beyond the 3-day window will not be accepted.
Please remember that any shipping costs associated with exchanges or returns are your responsibility as the customer.
