Shipping Policy

At Ohm Silver and Stone, we strive to make your shopping experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Here's what you need to know about our shipping procedures:

Carrier: We exclusively ship all orders via Canada Post to Canadian addresses. Rest assured, all packages are tracked, and you'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Processing Time: We aim to ship orders within 3 business days. However, in some cases, we may require additional information or corrections for your address. If so, shipping may be delayed until we've communicated with you and resolved any issues.

Shipping Fees: Orders totaling over $125CAD qualify for free shipping, while orders under $125CAD are subject to a flat $15 shipping fee.

Customized Shipping: If you have specific shipping preferences or requirements, we're more than happy to accommodate them. Simply reach out to us at ohmsilverandstone@gmail.com, and we'll work with you to arrange the best shipping method.

Damaged Items:

In the rare event that your item(s) arrive damaged, we're committed to making things right:

Procedure: Contact us within 3 days of receiving your damaged item(s) with photos showcasing the damage, including the shipping box.

Verification: Once we confirm that the damage occurred during shipping, we'll promptly provide you with our return shipping address.

Refund: After we've received and inspected the damaged item, we'll issue a full refund.

Important: Please note that damage claims made beyond the 3-day window will not be accepted.
